It wasn't enough for the crew of Air France Flight 358 to implement their emergency training with superb precision, and evacuate all passengers from the ill-fated aircraft in under two minutes. The investigation into the cause of the crash has just begun, the flames have barely been extinguished, and already, the first class action lawsuit, to the tune of $75 million CDN has been filed.
